Refund policy

At Praia, we take pride in the quality of our products and the experience we create for our customers. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll make it right.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@praiaframes.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will work quickly to resolve it.


Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different style or design, depending on availability. To request an exchange, email our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.


Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
