Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for:

Incorrect phone model selections

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong design

Accidental purchases

Gift purchases that are no longer wanted

Shipping delays caused by carriers
Please double-check your phone model before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
If you realize you've selected the wrong phone model, please contact us as soon as possible at support@praiaframes.com.
While we will always do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered our fulfillment process.
If an order cannot be modified, Praia may offer a discounted replacement or one-time courtesy exchange at our discretion.
To help avoid delays, we strongly encourage customers to verify their device model before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to make a change?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
While we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications, we will always do our best to assist before your order is finalized.
Device Compatibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before completing their purchase.
Please verify your device model carefully before placing your order. Praia is not responsible for orders placed for an incorrect device model.
If you believe you've selected the wrong model, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, modifications cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Color & Design Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on screen.
Differences in monitor settings, phone displays, screen brightness, and lighting conditions may affect how colors are viewed online.
Additionally, minor variations in print placement may occur between products and are considered normal. These differences do not affect the quality, functionality, or intended design of the product.
Such variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or complimentary replacements.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Praia is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before shipment.
Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Praia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors, building management, or household members.
Warranty
Every Praia case is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers:
